Through Sacred Reciprocity: A Pledge-Based Gathering

One of the things we’ve found is that this is not an enterprise.

This gathering lives outside of the traditional, transactional world.

It is not a product. It is not a service.

It is a shared experience of remembering; a co-created space of curiosity, of beauty, grief, joy and renewal. All built around the central wondering of “how are we in one another’s company?”

And yet, it takes resources to bring this vision to life. Energetic resources, physical resources, emotional resources - and yes, monetary resources.

This gathering focuses on being present with the land, sharing meals, building altars, participating in activities, hearing from presenters sharing their wisdom and lived experience - and each of these pieces requires collective tending, time, and cost.

That’s why this year, we’re inviting you to offer an offering, a donation of sorts - or better yet, to make a pledge.

A pledge is an intentional offering. A choice made from within.

Not a fee to attend, but a gift of support that helps nourish this container and allows us to move forward.

It’s a way of saying, yes I want this to happen, I want to partake and this amount is what I can offer to make that happen.

Pledge-Based Donations

• $111 – Subsidized Pledge (this amount covers the cost of your attendance at the venue and contributes to the annual expenses of this gathering such as cost of website and zoom)

• $222-$444 – Abundant Pledge (this amount covers the cost of your attendance, and contributes to annual expenses AND allows us to offer lower cost tickets to those who need them)

• $50 – Teen Pledge 13-17 years. (this amount covers the cost of their attendance at the venue)

• $30 – Kids Pledge Age 3-12 years. (this amount covers the cost of your youngling attending the gathering)

• Spread the word! – Baby Pledge (kids 0-3 are financially free to attend, however if you’re willing to spread the word among your people, social media, mailing list, etc it would help us sustain this gathering an contribute to the possibility your babes may be able to attend in years to come)

These pledges reflect the real costs of putting on the gathering - and your contribution ensures that we can gather in fullness, while also supporting others to attend.
